Dinner at the Inn
Upon request, your innkeepers will prepare a custom meal for you. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of check-in to discuss various menu options. Then we will put together a custom three course menu for your approval. Your intimate candle-lit dinner will be served on our lovely, temperature-controlled front porch, or for larger groups, in the dining room.
$55 per person plus tax and 18% gratuity.

Gourmet Breakfast
Adora Inn’s gourmet breakfasts may be shared with other guests in the convivial atmosphere of our dining room or front porch. Seasonal fruits and vegetables help us decide upon a menu. Breakfast at Adora Inn includes: a breakfast entrée, fresh fruit salad and warm bread & butter and pastry. Breakfast entrées vary but may include: oven-baked frittata served with herbed potatoes, German pancake with homemade orange-vanilla bean syrup; Spanish potato and pepper tortilla with chorizo and served with tomato salad in sherry vinaigrette and fresh oregano; Baked Florentine eggs with cream, spinach and fresh Parmesan. Pastries may include our legendary fruit pizza or freshly baked scones.

Adora Inn Strawberry Pizza
For the dough (enough for 2 pizzas) Each pizza Serves 6-8
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 stick of sweet unsalted butter at room temperature
3/4 cup whole milk ricotta
1/2 teaspoon salt

Blend all in food processor with pastry blade until it forms a ball
Place on floured board and divide dough in half
Roll out to pie thickness
Place on round metal pizza pan
Roll edge over and pinch to form small crust
Prick all over with fork
Place thinly sliced strawberries (not touching) in circular pattern
working from the outside to the center
Sprinkle all over with 2-3 tbl sugar
Bake on the top shelf of a 400º oven for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
* Optional: glaze with warmed apricot jam or orange marmelade spread over the top with a pastry brush.

Slice and serve. The texture should be light & crispy with a sweet fruity taste.
