House Policies
Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 9:30. Other meals available. Please inquire.

Reservation can only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Deposits are equal to one night’s rent or 50% of stay, whichever is greater.

Two night minimum stay on weekends. Festivals and holidays are subject to a three night minimum stay. Summer season (June - Sept) this policy varies, please inquire for availability information.

Room rates are for double occupancy per room per night.

11% State, County and Local taxes are billed in addition to quoted room prices.

MasterCard, VISA, Discover, Cashiers and Personal Checks accepted (with a $50 bounced check fee).

Check In: 3-7 PM. Please call for other Check In times. Check Out: 11 AM.

Balance will be invoiced upon arrival. Any additional charges incurred during the stay are due at checkout.

There is a $25 fee for cancellations. For festivals and holidays, there is a $100 fee for cancellations.

"No-Shows" or late arrivals for Dinner at the Inn, Wine & Dine Dinners, Massage and other special services are all non-refundable.

To receive a refund, cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date.
If canceled less than 14 days before arrival date, all deposits are non-refundable.
No-shows, early check-outs and late cancellations forfeit the entire amount of the reserved stay.

We are a smoke free facility.
The house is set-up with free wireless high-speed internet connection, feel free to bring your own laptop computer.

For the peace and tranquility of all guests there are no televisions in the guest or public rooms and no children under eight years of age allowed overnight. We do not accept pets.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Extended stays, special events and holidays may be subject to different terms and policies. Please contact us for more information.

Gift certificates and/or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

$35 charge for lost room key.
